A Time of Heart-Centered Practice and Learning

for Wise Compassion

 

We are born with the capacity for an embodied compassion. This capacity can be nurtured so that it blossoms both in our formal meditation and in our day-to-day lives. In combination with the understandings of Organic Intelligence® we can cultivate a capacity for compassion that is neither disconnected nor overwhelming.

In this practice, Robin Craig (OI Faculty & Meditation Teacher) will offer guided walking and sitting meditation practice to support the arising of our natural and wise compassion. This meditative exploration can be especially helpful as a bridge between mindfulness practice and "the rest of my life."

This Moving Into Being Moved @ Home Retreat will take place via Zoom.

Robin Craig 

Robin is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Faculty with Organic Intelligence® (OI). She has degrees in Philosophy, Biomedical Engineering, and Counseling Psychology as well as having studied neuroscience at the Vollum Institute for Advanced Biomedical Research in Portland, OR. Robin is currently completing a 3-year Meditation Teacher Training which emphasizes the importance of joy and a unified mind. She has mentored with Steve for nearly 15 years, and is Faculty along with Amie Summers, LGSW, in the Minnesota OI HEARTraining. She weaves her understanding of the physiology of resilience and increased capacity into her clinical work and into teaching meditation.

This Retreat is Offered in the Spirit of Both Generosity and Reciprocity.

The teachings are offered freely, and any support you choose to offer goes towards supporting Robin in being able to offer these retreats and towards the costs of offering these retreats online.

This is the second retreat in the Moving Into Stillness Course. If you would like to join the course, you can do so here. This Moving Into Being Moved Retreat will be followed by 7 days of guided meditations from 7:30-8:00 am PST as part of the Moving Into Stillness Course.
